Who is responsible and how to contact us

KEZHUN ENERGY is operated by 广州科准新能源科技有限公司, registered in Guangzhou, China. This notice covers information provided through this website for product, project, quotation, support and warranty enquiries.

For privacy questions or requests, email 1657434997king@gmail.com. Include your request reference if you have one; do not send passwords or bank details.

Information we collect

• Contact details you provide, such as your name, email, company and optional WhatsApp number.
• Product model, quantity, destination country, customer or project type, requirements and any technical details you choose to provide.
• For support and warranty: issue descriptions, order or invoice references, product and serial numbers, and installation information where requested.
• Notes describing supporting documents or an agreed transfer reference. The public forms do not currently upload files. Contact the team to arrange an appropriate way to send necessary files.
• Request references, timestamps and technical security records, including network or session identifiers used to prevent abuse. With analytics permission, website interactions and referral or campaign information may also be recorded.

Why we use it and your choices

We use the information to understand and respond to your request, prepare or follow up a quotation, assess product compatibility, handle support or warranty questions, and maintain secure, traceable business records. Product suitability, prices and warranty decisions require human review; submitting a form is not an order or an approval.

Fields marked * are needed for the stated request. Other fields are optional. Without the required contact or request information, we may be unable to process that request. Enquiry consent is permission to handle and reply to the enquiry; it is not a subscription to unrelated marketing. Necessary processing may also support steps you request before a contract, an existing contract, fraud prevention and applicable record-keeping duties.

Website storage and analytics

Essential website storage supports security, language preferences and consent choices. Optional Google Analytics measurement is controlled through the website cookie preferences. Where analytics permission is granted, page interactions and source information help us understand which pages lead to enquiries. Names, email addresses, phone numbers and free-text form answers are not intended as analytics event data.

The browser record used to remember an enquiry source is valid for up to 30 days. Expired records are cleared when the site next reads them, not by a browser timer. Changing analytics consent to denied clears that source record. Browser storage is different from a submitted quotation or support record and clearing it does not delete a submitted enquiry.

You can change optional analytics choices through the cookie controls. You can also clear site storage in your browser; this may reset language or consent preferences. Google describes its processing in the Google privacy policy.

Access, service providers and international processing

Relevant sales and support staff may access information needed for your request. Website hosting, security and email providers may process information needed to operate these services. The site runs on WordPress and is hosted with Hostinger; enquiry records are kept in the website business system. Contacting us by email or WhatsApp also involves the provider of that channel.

WhatsApp links open an external Meta service. If you choose it, your messages and account information are handled under the WhatsApp privacy policy. Our team is based in China, and our service providers may process data in other countries. Contact us for information about the processing relevant to your request. This notice does not assert that every jurisdiction has identical protections or that an unverified international transfer mechanism applies.

Retention

We retain enquiry and support records for the period needed to handle the request and any related quotation, contract, warranty, dispute or applicable legal record-keeping requirement. When reviewing retention, we consider whether the matter is resolved, whether an ongoing obligation requires the record, and whether the information can be deleted or reduced. There is no automatic promise that submitted customer records are deleted after 30 days.

Your privacy requests

Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to raise an objection, request a restriction or withdraw consent where applicable. Available rights depend on the applicable law and the processing concerned; records required for an order, warranty or legal duty may need to be retained. We may request proportionate information to verify that the request concerns you. You may also raise a concern with the relevant data protection authority where applicable.

Updates

If our forms, processing or service arrangements change, we will update this notice and its date. For a product-specific privacy or document-handling question, contact the team before sending sensitive information.
